Arrival and Departure Times

Arrival Time (Check-in): 14:00 to 22:00.
Departure Time (Check-out): until 11:00.
Note: Confirmation for Early Check-in or Late Check-out depends entirely on property availability on that specific day. Please inform us at least one day in advance to avoid any misunderstandings.
Long-stay and Extended Departure Charges
Extending your stay on the day of departure until 18:00 (subject to availability) is charged at 50% of the room night rate.
Extending your stay past 18:00 is charged at 100% of the room night rate.

Payment Terms and Process:

  Deposit: To legally confirm your booking, a deposit equal to 25% of the total amount is required via bank transfer. Please note that any bank charges incurred by the customer’s bank are to be borne exclusively by the customer. Upon the timely receipt of the deposit into our bank account, the guest expressly and irrevocably agrees to these booking, payment, and cancellation terms (Terms and Conditions); hereby, the accommodation contract becomes legally binding.
  The remaining balance (75% of the total amount) must be paid in full upon your arrival (Check-in) at the property.

Cancellation and Modification Policy (Flexible Option up to 60 Days)

Up to 60 days before arrival: Free cancellation is possible. The deposit paid (25%) will be fully refunded.
  Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: In the event of a cancellation or modification within this period, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount of the booking.
  Less than 30 days before arrival: In the event of a cancellation or modification less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total amount of the booking.
  Important Note: Any cancellation or modification of a booking must be submitted exclusively in writing (via email) to be considered valid.

No-Show and Early Departure:

No-Show: If you fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior written notice, the booking will be automatically cancelled, and 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Early Departure: In the event of an early departure after Check-in, the guest is required to pay a compensation equal to 100% of the rate for all remaining nights of the original booking.

Walk-in Policy:

  Guests arriving without a prior reservation are required to pay the full amount of their stay immediately upon check-in, subject to room availability.

Room Availability and Booking Requests: 

Room availability changes constantly. No booking is considered valid unless you receive written confirmation from us.
        During peak season, minimum stay restrictions may apply at the    discretion of the management.
        We make every effort to accommodate requests for specific room numbers or types (studio or suite), based on availability upon arrival.

Children Policy:

  Children aged 12 and over are considered adults and are charged atstandard room rates. Please inform us of children’s ages during the booking process.

Internet (Wi-Fi):

  Free wireless internet access (Wi-Fi) is available in all public areas and guest rooms.
Taxes and Fees
Room rates include all legal taxes (V.A.T. and municipal taxes).

Note: The Climate Crisis Resilience Fee of 5.00 euros per night is not included in the room rate and must be paid separately by the guest upon arrival.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
Any cancellation or change to a booking must be made exclusively in writing (by email) to be valid.
All bookings and accommodation agreements are governed exclusively by Greek law. For all legal disputes arising from or in connection with the stay, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Greece.
